Great video
When I was about to say no one can explain this better😜💯💯💯💯💯
Excellent, could you perhaps use an example in the services industry, perhaps skills training college or wellness education etc.
Great video. Regarding the threat of substitutes in the airline industry wouldn't it be more accurate to argue that it is context-dependent as in the case of long-distance travel between and across continents, the threat there for substitutes is low but then for domestic travel it's medium to high.

What’s the difference between value chain and value stream
I don't usually comment on videos I watch for studying about a concept I haven't uderstood at school..but this one, wow. Thank yoz for the effort you put inside this video - you've really demonstrated your own value chain at its best by creatibg this highly valuable output from your inputs. Well done & thank you very much!!

your explanation is so clear, do not even need a pen and paper to note. can you make the video on data modeling and process mapping?. Thank you so much for the video.
Repect for your analysis. I struggled in MBA class
Can you please do a swot analysis for a new company 🙏
Extremely well made video. Thank you for creating the same. I had a couple of questions/requests: 1. For an online retail company where buyer roles buy products from brands to sell on the market place(eg:Amazon) , would this (retail buying) be a primary or secondary activity? It's slightly different than procurement as this requires analysis of customer purchase behavior, competitor offerings et al and is most critical to retail success. My view is that it's a primary one. 2. Can you supplement this example with one from the service industry? 3. Can this framework be used to prioritize talent management initiatives? That is prioritize investment for roles associated with primary activities
